NOTICE Child Guidance Resource Centers (CGRC) is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and as an accredited organization, our programs and services are periodically surveyed by JCAHO. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the CGRC’s compliance with nationally established JCAHO standards. The surveys are used to determine whether, and the conditions under which, accreditation should be awarded the organization. JCAHO standards deal with quality of care issues and safety. Any individual with concerns about client care and safety at CGRC should contact CGRC management. CGRC will make every effort to resolve concerns and ensure quality and safety. Any individual, whose concerns cannot be resolved through CGRC, may contact the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jcaho.org.
