MESON COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION (CRR) PROGRAM
This full-care program in a residential setting assists individuals in achieving
successful independent living skills. The program offers a transitional setting in
which individuals learn to grow and then move to a less supervised CRR level or to
independent living. Referrals come through the Delaware County Office of Behavioral
Health.
Chronically mentally ill adults 18+, residents of Delaware County, who voluntarily
agree to move into the residential program.
The program operates 24 hours a day, 356 days a year in both Drexel Hill, PA and
Boothwyn, PA
MESON SPECIALIZED COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION (SCRR)
This specialized residential program assists individuals in achieving successful
community living after long periods of stay in the state hospital setting. The program
has no time limit. Referrals come through the Delaware County Office of Behavioral
Health.
Chronically mentally ill adults 18+, residents of Delaware County, who voluntarily
agree to move into the residential program.
The program operates 24 hours a day, 356 days a year in Boothwyn, PA |
