Child Guidance Resource Centers dedicated the Ethel Sergeant Clark Smith Memorial
Fund Children’s Educational and Therapeutic Services Wing on 9/13/07.
The ceremony included the plaque unveiling and a guided tour. Participating in the
ceremony were Alice Strine, Esq. and Diane Bricker, Ethel Sergeant Clark Smith Memorial
Fund Advisory Committee Members; Board Chairman Emeritus Merv Harris; and many CGRC
staff members and children. The highlight of the event was the resounding “Thank
You” the Advisory Committee members received from the children.
