Child Guidance Resource Centers Welcomes Lisa Roberts Cadorette as New CEO
Child Guidance Resource Centers (CGRC), a leading nonprofit provider of behavioral and mental health services for children and families across the Greater Philadelphia region, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Roberts Cadorette as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective May 7, 2025.

Lisa Roberts Cadorette brings more than 35 years of nonprofit leadership experience, specifically within healthcare and higher education settings. A lifelong resident of Delaware County, Lisa holds both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Neumann University. She is a Registered Nurse and a former officer in the United States Air Force Nurse Corps. She also holds a master’s degree in education with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorders, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Evidence-Based Practice.
Lisa’s deep professional expertise is matched by her strong commitment to the community. A proud mother of four grown children, she has served on several nonprofit boards including the Neumann University Alumni Association, the Delaware County Press Club, Providence Animal Center, DelGo Community Transit, and most recently, the CGRC Board of Directors—where she stepped down to assume her new role as CEO.
