Co-Writing the Clinical Story: Collaborative Documentation to Strengthen Engagement and Work More Efficiently

This training introduces core concepts, ethical considerations and practical strategies of Collaborative Documentation, with a special focus on working with children, adolescents and their families. Participants will explore how this tool enhances client engagement, improves documentation accuracy, and supports person-centered care. Clinicians will learn to integrate documentation into sessions, overcome common barriers, and apply developmentally appropriate techniques when working with youth and families. The course will also provide technology tips to save time and stay on top of treatment plans and progress notes.
