When children struggle with picky eating or food refusal, mealtimes can quickly become a source of stress for the whole family. This workshop offers simple, proven strategies to help children feel more comfortable trying new foods, reduce mealtime battles, and create positive eating experiences at home and beyond.

Guiding Good Choices is an evidence based 5-session virtual program for parents with children ages 9-14. The program is a multimedia family-competency training program specifically designed to strengthen parents' family management skills, parent-child bonding, and children's peer-resistance skills.

This free, 7-session, evidence-based program is designed for families with children ages 10–14. Parents and youth participate together to improve communication, build trust, and develop strong decision-making skills.
