We invite you to be a superhero!

Child Guidance Resource Centers is pleased to announce that our 10th annual Superhero 5K and Wellness Fair will be held on Sunday, May 7th, at Rose Tree Park in Media. This event will be filled with fun family activities, access to community resources, and important information about substance abuse prevention and mental health.

Race registration check-in begins at 9:00 am, and the race begins at 9:30 am. There will also be a 100-yard dash for the little ones. Make sure to rock your best superhero costume and cape, and bring your leashed furry friends. Race registration is $20 before 3/15/2023; proceeds from this event fund CGRC’s ability to provide vital substance abuse prevention and behavioral health services for over 9,000 children and adolescents across southeastern Pennsylvania.

Join us in our mission and participate as a race sponsor, promoting your firm as a supporter of CGRC’s efforts to help children and families live healthy lives. We offer a range of sponsorship levels which include: recognition on our website, www.CGRC.org, our Facebook page, which has 4,000 followers, and our emails which reach 5,000 subscribers. Your company logo will be featured on race t-shirts, and you are welcome to provide promotional materials in race packets. We also encourage you to join our Wellness Fair that morning to highlight your work to help families in our communities.
