Outpatient Services
When your child or teen is facing emotional or behavioral challenges, finding the right support can feel overwhelming. At CGRC, our Outpatient Services are here to make that journey easier. We offer compassionate, evidence-based mental health care designed to help young people feel understood, empowered, and supported through every step of their healing.
No matter what your family is going through, our outpatient team is here to guide you toward hope, growth, and lasting change.
What are Outpatient Services?
Outpatient Services are an array of office-based services that help your child or adolescent with depression, anxiety, stress, anger, self-esteem, ADHD, bereavement or other emotional, social and behavioral difficulties. Following a comprehensive assessment and consultation, we identify your child’s needs and make recommendations for treatment. We may recommend one or more of the following: individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and/or medication management. Generally, sessions are about one hour weekly, though depending on your child’s needs, the cadence can vary.
We offer specialty tracks for anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and loss. We offer evidence-based treatments of Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
Who Can Benefit from Outpatient Therapy?
We provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, teens, and young adults ages 2 to 21, helping them feel understood, empowered, and supported every step of the way.
How Do I Get Started?
Outpatient services begin with a 2-hour intake assessment at our office. We offer walk-in hours for same-day service, no appointment necessary.
For open access, you will need to bring specific documentation with you at the time of your assessment.
We are currently only accepting outpatient services at our Havertown Office. We offer intake, evaluation, and outpatient services for children and adults.
Why a Team Approach Matters
At CGRC, we believe that healing is most effective when it's supported by a team. Our Outpatient Services bring together a diverse group of mental health professionals—including therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff—because every child, teen, and young adult deserves comprehensive, personalized care.
Each member of our team offers a unique perspective and set of skills, working together to create the best possible treatment plan. Whether it’s providing therapy, managing medications, supporting families, or coordinating community resources, our team approach ensures that no need goes unmet—and no family feels alone.
