The emotional demands of working with trauma and suicidality can lead to compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and potentially burnout.

This course offers realistic approaches to selfcare taking into account external stressors associated with working in the field. Participants will engage in self-assessment to recognize signs of burnout and learn strategies to enhance resilience and sustain your career.
